Thank you for shopping at Minnie Granny Books (“MGB”). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or you may return your product subject to the following conditions:
Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the Home information page, Minnie Granny Books will send a replacement product if photo documentation is provided of the damaged product within 48 hours of the product’s delivery. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
Returns
You have 14 days to return a product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in the original packaging. Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that show excessive wear and tear or misuse may not be eligible for return at the discretion of Minnie Granny Books. If you would like to return a product please email the order number and reason to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving it. You will be then be contacted by email to advise the return postal address.
Returns Exemptions
Any product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately, sale products cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to return your product to us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing by your financial institution.

We do not accept any Product exchanges.
Shipping Times
AUSTRALIA
ALL books are delivered via Australia Post. The cost of packaging and postage may vary and will be confirmed during the order stage.
Standard – Please allow 3 to 7 days including shipping and handling. (deliveries to WA, TAS and NT may take an extra 3 days)
Express – Please allow 1 to 3 days including shipping and handling (deliveries to WA, TAS and NT may take an extra 3 days) Extra postage costs to be borne by the purchaser.
Authority to leave – Please allow 1 to 3 days including shipping and handling. (deliveries to WA, TAS and NT may take an extra 3 days)
Authority to leave
To be selected only if the courier can be given authority to leave in case the product cannot be signed for. Minnie Granny Books takes no responsibility for products that are left at the premises if this shipping option is selected. Please supply your mobile number for inclusion with your address to enable Australia Post to advise you of when your package will arrive. Authority to Leave is to be arranged directly with Australia Post by the purchaser.
Please note that some products are made to order and may incur an additional lead time. Please check the relevant product page for specific lead times. If lead time is not listed, then the product is in stock and will be delivered within the times specified above.
Insurance
We require a signature for any products requested to be delivered by express services, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Minnie Granny Books and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
